Online customer care platform introduce new online communication functionalities that will help public organizations to provide their services anywhere at anytime. Service supports online chat communication either traditionally via text, but it also enables a smooth transition from instant messaging to video call. In addition to instant chat module, the service enables booking video appointments via built-in online calendar.
Besides online doctor appointment toolsets (chat, online calendar booking system) the framework singed also covers a technical solution for online doctor appointments. This ensures that the healthcare chain stays unbroken also in the virtual healthcare services.

The framework agreement signed between VideoVisit and KL-Kuntahankinnat benefits Finnish public healthcare providers who have been looking for new ways to provide healthcare services to Finnish people.
