We are now strengthening our growing and dynamic ServiceDesk team. The applicant will become part of the energetic 3-person team responsible for our support services. We offer you a responsible role as part of the customer service process in an evolving operating environment. We are looking for an author for a permanent employment relationship that begins under a contract. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable applicant is found.
The ServiceDesk person is part of the VideoVisit Support Service team, handling both direct customer support and also acting as a level 2 support for our partner. Flexibility and extensibility are sought from the applicant, in some places to resolve challenging support requests.
