(Senior) Product Project Manager

VideoVisit is the leading Nordic telehealth company, developing Virtual Care solutions for home care and healthcare sectors. We are focused on digitalizing outpatient care in primary care, hospital care and social care services.
The Product Project Manager is the key contact for all VideoVisit product projects and manages the delivery of high-quality project objectives around VideoVisit products. The Project manager will lead and direct the project team through all phases of the project development life-cycle from initiation through post-go-live support and will drive project execution activities and process development. The Project Manager will serve as the main point of contact for the management and customer interface people throughout the project.
Responsibilities
Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Develop a project plan for each product, client, and project
Coordinate meeting times and status updates with the customer interfacing and execution
Setting up project tasks in the task management system
Set scope, timeline, and deliverables to ensure a successful deployment
Monitor project portfolio for risks and issues, and take ownership of mitigation plans as necessary
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather key documentation and required resources to set appropriate expectations with internal and external stakeholders
Track and report on project progress, budget, and health
Support Statement of Work creation on an as-needed basis
Identify early signs of project, product and customer risks, and devise appropriate risk response strategies
Contribute to the overall project management process development at VideoVisit
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, or Computer Science
- 3 years’ experience and track record as a project manager in a SaaS environment
- Exceptional written, oral communication, and critical thinking skills
- Proven experience effectively communicating and reporting at the executive level
- Experience using project management tools to plan and track a portfolio of projects with varying degrees of complexity
- Proven experience serving as a project lead and motivating teams to action
