VideoVisits Customer Success Manager is the most vital VideoVisit person to continuously ensure the success of our customer both value creation and satisfaction viewpoints.
CSM takes care of customers in comprehensive ways, including onboarding, contract renewals, upsell, customer case management etc, CSM is the face of VideoVisit to customers. VideoVisits CSM manages multiple customers in Finland and globally.
Responsibilities
Customer Success Manager main responsibilities
Customers onboarding and contract renewals
Maintain and improve healthy and productive relationship with customer base
Plan and help VideoVisit services usage development with customerse
Globally partner and distributor partnership management in the near future
Product instructions/documentation and trainings (Onboarding)
Driving the growth of recurring revenue with the customers (Upsell)
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in social- and health sector
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional written, oral communication, and critical thinking skills
- Experience of using CRM, ticketing platforms and tech savvy mentality
- Understanding of SaaS business model
- Understanding of customer success metrics
- Selling mindset, experience communicating with C-level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish, Swedish and English
- Capability to handle multiple projects and customer cases simultaneously
